VIP

Includes all ticketed events during the day (including Beer and Beef Pairing and Wine and Beef Pairing for ticket holders over 21).

You will also get a custom Roundup cooler bag full of beef swag. Best of all, you will become a judge for the “Best Beef In Wyoming” Competition that will take place during the evening dinner.

During dinner (which includes your first drink free), you will be given a scorecard and served a phenomenal meal that will include cuts of steak from each of the 10 different Wyoming ranches and side by Bunk’s BBQ.

Each steak sample will be numbered with only the chef knowing which producer belongs to each number until the end when all the results are tallied. There will be an auction and band during the meal as well and the “Best Beef In Wyoming” winner will be announced at the end of the evening.

Ultimate Carnivore Pass

This is the most inclusive of all access 3-day passes offered. This pass lets you participate in the following events. August 23rd features a USDA process plant tour, a private catered carnivore lunch, a tour of the event founder Tyler McCann’s family ranch, and access to the producers-only party.

On August 24th, the Ultimate Carnivore Pass holders will have access to all talks, all tastings, and all ticketed events including the VIP “Best Beef In Wyoming” dinner.

On August 25th, the Ultimate Carnivore Pass holders will be the only members of the public invited to the after-party at Tyler McCann’s family farm. The after-party is a time to hang out around the grill with some of the celebrity judges and share some of the beef from all across America. This relaxed social event will be the only chance to try homemade charcuterie, cheese, and raw milk all handmade and prepared by Tyler McCann.

Wine and Beef Pairing

The wine and beef pairing class is a chance to try all local beef paired with wines from Jackson Hole Winery. Our chef and sommelier team up to give you an educational and culinary experience you’ll be talking about for years to come.

Beer and Beef Pairing

Enjoy several samples of beef-centric meals paired with locally brewed beer from Pushroot Brewing in Lander. Pushroot Brewing’s Matt Gubanich works with a local chef to pair his expertly brewed beer with local beef.

Live Carnivore

The carnivore community is growing rapidly and there are a lot of questions. This live Q&A with several carnivore Master’s Degree holders like Dr. Sean O’Mara, Dr. Anthony Chaffee, and Dr. Lisa Wiedeman is your chance to ask. Only audience members will be able to submit questions. The list of world-renowned Carnivore Doctors joining the forum is growing every day.
